At ShopHQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
